A Colorado company owned by a former NFL lineman is making a push in the Twin Cities real estate market with its recent acquisition of a new apartment building in Blaine.
Gold Block Ventures, based in Denver, acquired the 152-unit Glenfield Park Estates from Kuepers Inc., the property’s developer, according to Michel Commercial Real Estate , which brokered the deal. Located at 8585 Groveland Court,the Class A property fetched $34.5 million, which works out to $226,974 per unit.
